We are First Choice Auto, a full-service Automotive Shop in business for over 15 years in the Depew/Cheektowaga area with two locations. We offer services ranging from Towing, Collision, Mechanical Repair and Car Sales. We are looking for a motivated, driven professional to join our team and help lead our sales efforts to increase our strategic accounts as we continue to grow. We offer competitive benefits including Health Insurance, 401k, and paid vacation. In addition, for this position we are offering base wages commensurate with experience along with commission.
Responsibilities:
o Lead efforts to increase sales to meet targets for Fleet Service Accounts, Collision Shop, Towing Division and Used Car Sales
o Create and maintain Prospect/Customer database to capture and manage the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction
o Research and propose new ideas to Office manager for Marketing/Sales solicitations to increase workflow and profitability
o Facilitate communication, scheduling and relationship management
o Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office
o Answer and direct phone calls, organize and schedule appointments for customers
o Write and distribute any necessary email, correspondence, letters, faxes and forms
o Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
o Complete necessary errands and site visits as needed to ensure efficiency
o Provide assistance as needed (once trained) with vehicle sales, this may include completing DMV paperwork and registration, finalize billing, receipts and addition to the vehicle book of registry
o Research and order parts and materials for Collision shop under the guidance of the Collision manager and autobody technicians, based on availability, quality and best price
o Prepare preliminary data entry in the Collision shop estimating system for technicians to increase customer response times
Requirements:
o Prior experience with inside sales or marketing a plus
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel in particular)
o Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
o Attention to detail and problem solving skills
o Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
