Duties will include:
Clerical duties including maintaining files, organizing documents, scanning and making copies, and other clerical tasks as assigned
Answering phones and emails, scheduling appointments and making confirmation calls, and greeting clients in a friendly manner
Candidates with some experience in an administrative role are preferred, but not required. Must look, act, and sound professional on the phone and while interacting with clients and be able to prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is preferred. Willingness to learn additional tasks is highly beneficial. Must complete a satisfactory background check due to the sensitive data involved in the position.
Position can be full or part-time, Monday-Friday. Pay based on experience starting at $20/hour.
