Job Title: Part-Time School Office Administrator

About Us:
Our private Jewish day school offers a quality dual curriculum education to its students. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time School Office Administrator.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries
- Manage and coordinate NYS testing and other State responsibilities
- Process data with BOCES for NYS testing answer sheets and book ordering
- Work with our public school district in processing Title I and other forms of funding
- Assist in organizing school events and activities
- Coordinate communication between teachers, parents, and staff
- Provide administrative support to the school principal and staff as needed
- Attend meetings on behalf of our school.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office administration or a related field
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Knowledge of school administrative procedures is a plus
