Responsibilities

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Coordinate appointments and meetings, managing schedules for team members.
Handle clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing office documents.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred; experience in a medical office is a plus.
Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading abilities.
Customer service experience with a focus on providing support and assistance.
Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems is advantageous.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
