Part-Time Property Manager – $20/hr – 50% Remote – Hiring Immediately

Remote: 50% remote after in-person onboarding
We are looking to hire an experienced, reliable Part-Time Property Manager immediately to help manage a 30-unit residential rental portfolio in Cheektowaga, NY. This is a flexible position, perfect for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable working independently.
About the Properties:
30 residential rental units
50% of units under HAP Section 8 contract - Section 8 experience helpful but not required
Responsibilities include:
Preparing monthly rent rolls
Managing tenant accounts
Processing lease renewals and rental applications
Drafting basic court documents
Communicating with tenants, maintenance staff, and property owners
Requirements:
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong organization and time management
Ability to meet deadlines independently
Must provide your own laptop and cellphone

$20/hour

Ongoing work is 50% remote
