Position Overview:
Listing, Shipping and Inventory person wanted.
As an Online Marketplaces Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our presence on eBay, Amazon, and other online marketplaces. Your primary responsibility will be to drive growth, increase sales, and enhance our brand presence through these platforms. If you're a data-driven, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional with a passion for e-commerce, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management: Monitor and manage our product listings, pricing, and inventory on eBay, Amazon, and other online marketplaces.
Optimization: Continuously improve product listings, including keyword optimization, product descriptions, and images to maximize visibility and conversions.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and addressing any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably on eBay and Amazon.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in e-commerce tools and platforms.
