What You'll Do:
-Plan, organize, price, and oversee estate sales from start to finish.
-Supervise and coordinate team members during estate sales.
-Lead on-site execution, ensuring sales are professional and profitable.
-Provide excellent customer service and negotiate effectively.
-Travel locally to estate sale locations (driver's license required).
What We're Looking for:
-Experience in estate sales, merchandising, or similar roles.
-Strong leadership skills to supervise teams and resolve challenges.
-Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to negotiate sales and manage customer relationships.
