We're partnered with Samsung, Google and the nation's leading mobile insurance provider making us one of the largest and most reputable smartphone repair companies in the US.
We are searching for a highly qualified and motivated Mobile Device Repair Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong understanding of fixing Apple and Android phones, routinely thinks outside the box to solve problems quickly and understands what impeccable customer service is all about. The cellular phone technician will be responsible replacing screens, charging ports, batteries, etc.
Job Title: Repair Technician - Cell Phone/Tablet/Computer Repair Specialist - Full/Part Time
Pay Rate: $12-$18/hr based on experience plus performance based bonus

Minimum requirements:
- Passion for and a proven track record repairing mobile devices preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service/retail sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to learn new, required skills to ensure the best possible customer experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others in a small, close knit team
- Reliable transportation
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and in turn creating promoters of the brand
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices
- Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
- Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and maintain a positive work environment
- Answer phone calls to the store with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor, ensuring that you are always committed to converting the phone call to a store visit
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store
