Here’s just a few of the expectations we have for you:
· Examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs.
· Establish and maintain schedules. Manage vehicle repair process from start to finish in timely manner.
· Establish and maintain good relationships with vendors, customers and insurance companies.
· Knowledge of most major insurance protocols and have the ability to upload estimate/images that meet those standards.
· Attention to detail
· Experience using CCC One Estimating System is a plus.
· You’ve got to love what you do and genuinely enjoy helping people!
· Knowledge of the automotive industry (a plus)
· Open to learning – every minute of every day
· Patience – you can’t rush quality
