Auto Body Technician is responsible for completing repairs within the allotted timeframe, assessing vehicle damage, determining a course of action for repairs, and the ability to work respectfully with other departments, vendors, customers and co-workers.
Qualifications that a candidate MUST possess to gain consideration for this position:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in vehicle body repair/paint and restoration, including paint techniques, fiberglass, and metal work
Rate is based on experience.
High degree of product and technical knowledge
Ability to use a personal computer, a general understanding of Microsoft Office software programs, and the ability to learn other database or proprietary software programs as needed
Excellent follow-through, problem solving and organizational skills
Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills
Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer, and to performing required tasks accurately and professionally
Must conduct him/herself in a professional manner.
Valid New York State Driver’s License

Pay: Starting at $22/hr. and up based on experience
