A Floor Installer is a hardworking, hungry, ambitious professional. You will play a HUGE part in Lifetime’s Floors' success. You are the superstars of the company! Your job is to professionally install the flooring in garages, patios, and other flooring areas. You will have the Ability to improve or enhance your floor coating installation process.
What will you be doing?
Install Polyurea / Polyaspartic floor coating at customer’s contracted location
Responsible for using company issued installation tools/machines to properly install flooring
Develop a genuine warm and polite rapport and professionally converse with the customer to facilitate the install
Ability to drive the company vehicles/trucks per company standards and policies.
Adhere to Safety rules and policies at all times
Commitment to an outstanding customer service experience from beginning to end!
What are we looking for?
Experience with floor coatings such as, but not limited to, Epoxy, Polyaspartic, Hybrid Blends very helpful
Must be trainable (we will train you)
Attention to detail
Knowledge of measuring/calculating the mixing ingredients
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Driven and collaborative approach
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship from employer
Must have satisfactory background check, drug test, and driving record results
