Collister Construction is hiring a drywall finisher.
The ideal candidate:
Must have at least 3 years of experience with finishing not here and there consistently.
You need to be able to tape with a banjo, install corner bead with a hopper and roler, pull seams perfectly with a ten and twelve inch knife and quickly, 3 coat butt joints, coat corners with a 5 inch knife. You must sand with power sander and pole sand after along with sponge.

You must be willing to work with a team the way we run our finish
must have your own hand tools.
On your phone or standing around is not tolerated we work very hard to get work we expect you to work hard this is a team effort if everyone plays there role everybody gets raises if one guy doesn't play his role it effects every guy next to you so all employees are looking out for fellow workers and our company as we look out for you. The hardest working guy get the extra hours.
You need to arrive at the job site at 6:00 am or 7:00 a.m and work 5 days a week 40 hours on time everyday. days off will not be tolerated unless a family emergency or sick with the bug.
Must be willing to go where need every direction from buffalo southern tier to Rochester or just in Buffalo or south of there. We attempt to keep local but economic conditions has us all working in different locations.
At verious times you may be needed to paint a house interior or exterior with our crew. My guys are cross trained in painting which requires you to be able to cut in straight lines and caulk very well and finish in both commercial and residential you will need todo what ever we need finish or paint where ever needed.
Starting pay is $18 to $23 higher the pay the more we look at your quality and production and ability listen to others In command.
