Local bath remodeling company is looking for a hardworking installer (W2) to lead a two man team, installing quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. Experienced installers with our company earn $110,000+ per year, with health benefits, paid time off, overtime and a 401k plan. Experience with one day acrylic remodels could lead to higher starting pay!
Many of our bathroom remodels are completed in one day, with larger remodels finishing in two-three days. Installations take place throughout the Buffalo area. Installer would be expected to be at the jobsite by 7am each day.
Job Responsibilities
-Work with team member to complete bathroom remodel in time frame allotted.
-Install products using our company’s specific system.
-Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude when dealing with customers and other employees.
-Respect customers’ home and property, taking to care to clean up every single day.
-Inform customers about the functionality, care and upkeep of their new installations.
-Accurately complete and submit all necessary paper work and photos.
Qualifications
Positive, easy going attitude!
-Hardworking!
-2+ years Acrylic one day bath install experience (preferred but not required).
-3+ years basic plumbing experience
-3+ years carpentry
-Organized and proficient and speedy!
-Willing to learn our install system and work with our materials
-Experience with electrical and tile is not necessary but is a plus
-Ability to lift and/or push and/or pull up to 100+ pounds.
-Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass background and drug test.
Salary & Benefits
Salary will be based upon experience, with expected pay, including overtime to be $100k+ in the 1st year, with really experienced installers making $110+. Benefits and paid time off and 401k plan will also be offered. Weekly pay!

This is a W2 position. We are not interested in 1099s.
