Qualifications required for W2 installer role:
1+ years residential remodeling/carpentry experience required
Experience with residential replacement windows and/or acrylic bath systems preferred
A valid driver's license and clean driving record

Qualifications required for 1099 subcontractor role:
3 years of residential remodeling, carpentry, or construction experiencerequired
Knowledge of residential acrylic baths and/or replacements windows required
An established LLC or business with an EIN# required
Worker's Comp and General Liability insurance required
