Seeking someone with trim carpenter/drywall skills who is also comfortable with light plumbing, light electrical, and small painting projects.
I need you to perform light contractor and general maintenance duties in two office buildings in Williamsville and one home in East Amherst. A few projects might include… installing cabinets and windows, replacing/installing fluorescent fixtures and ceiling tiles, repairing/replacing toilets and sinks, patching holes, assessing thermostat issues when they arise, building walls/partitions, fixing doors, installing weather stripping.
This is an HOURLY, PART TIME opportunity. No general contractor “companies.” I wish to hire an independent contractor or a highly skilled handyman. Interested parties please text 716-946-8054.
