45 Year old real estate development company is looking for someone with experience in finishing drywall, skim coating and prepping rough walls ready for finish and paint. This position needs to also have experience in painting. Minor carpentry skills for molding and trim repair are a plus.
This work is all on vacant single family homes in nice areas and with 24 hour access. We always maintain many vacant properties in our inventory which allows you to go from one job to the next without any days
of lost income.
Year round steady work $28 -36 per hour or by the flat rate job plus incentive. A skilled person in this position with us should make about $74,480 with only 40 hours per week and we have unlimited hours to make much more!
In 45 years we have never run out of work!
You can also elect to start and stop work any time of the day; some of our contractors start at 7 am while others start as late as 11am. We offer a great peaceful working environment with a family oriented company.

Must have tools, transportation and insurance and work as independent contractors.
