Local, family owned and operated Plumbing business is looking for a Plumber Apprentice/Journeyman. Located in Amherst NY serving the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
Assisting with plumbing, drain cleaning and other related in-home, service calls.
Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
Ability to work outside and extended hours as needed.
Must be comfortable working with gas, water and sewage lines.
Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
Work alongside coworkers and work with other companies on job sites
Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
Participate actively in all training, morning meetings.
Competencies for Success
Valid Driver’s License and clean, safe driving record.
Must be able to pass pre-employment background screens and physical
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
Strong verbal and written communications.
High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
- Heavy equipment experience is preferred, but not required.
