Requirements:
Keep a friendly & positive attitude with residents and all fellow LJ Construction employees. Assist the property manager with maintaining detailed records and lease renewals etc. Be flexible to go wherever and do whatever is needed. Extensive use of calendar and task lists to stay organized. There is some flexibility for schedule, though some weekend hours are required. This position reports primarily to the property manager & ownership, but also sometimes the construction foreman. Applicants must have a car or truck to commute, must be able to lift heavy tools & supplies.
Responsibilities:
Take incoming phone calls from current tenants & new inquiries
Scheduling & showing apartments to minimize vacancy
Apartment & building maintenance, light bulbs, batteries, furnace filters, grass & weed & grounds maintenance
Interacting with tenants, helping them as needed
Lease renewals, recording/collecting lease payments
Clubhouse maintenance & pool cleaning
Enforce community rules & notify tenants of upcoming maintenance
Other administrative responsibilities & anything else needed
