Requirements:
Must have most, if not all of the skills and knowledge required to plan and execute the interior renovation of an apartment or home, and any exterior work on the properties
Must be able to run a job site and lead a team
Must be able to teach new team members how to do high quality work quickly and cost effectively
Must be highly motivated with an excellent work ethic and high energy
Must lead his team by example
Must have reliable transportation
40 Hours a week. The hours can be flexible to suit your schedule.
