Seeking a Dispatcher in the WNY area, for a medium sized fleet of auto haulers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Job duties that the candidate must be able to perform unassisted or with some reasonable accommodations or assistance.
-Dispatching and managing a team of auto haulers
-Load coordinating, matching and management
-Maintain daily dispatch logs and driver attendance
-Improving driver efficiency and performance.
Skills Required:
-Strong communication
-Experience in logistics and dispatch
-Route Planning
-DOT compliance and regulations
-Ability to maintain high level of accuracy
-Attention to detail
-Highly Organized
-Weekend availability
-Job will be more than 40 hours a week
-Must be able to provide positive reinforcement and follow up with drivers
-Comfortable working in a high stress, fast paced work environment.
