This position entails billing / accounts receivable , managing office staff, working with clients and drivers on a daily basis. Multitasking in a busy office setting while assisting the dispatchers and schedulers with trip completion will be a part of your day. Overseeing that the drivers follow protocol with passengers while meeting the client demands for software execution in relation to billing will also be paramount to success.
