We take photos of properties for insurance underwriters. These photos are taken by our "Field Rep's" throughout several states. The Field Rep's also do short "write ups" about the properties they visited. When the Field Rep's are done attaching their photos and their write ups to our website they "send" them to our quality control team.
Our quality control team looks over the photos and the write ups to make certain they have both been done correctly. Quality control also uses internet tools- such as "google streets" and real estate listings associated with that property. When quality control persons are done with their review they decide how much we are going to charge for that visit and then they "send" the report to our clients (the underwriters at the insurance companies that use us.)
We do not expect applicants to have experience in this field. We expect them to have good work habits and possess a good level of common sense. They should be very comfortable working at a computer as that is where all of your work will occur.
We will train you on all aspects of your job. Base pay is $20.00 per hour (you can make more) and we are looking for full time candidates only. We offer health insurance, paid vacation and holidays and sick days. We have a retirement plan.
