The Success Coach will build rapport with staff, identify challenges, and connect them to regional resources addressing issues such as family care, transportation, housing, education, and overall wellness. The role includes partnering with leadership to assist at-risk employees, supporting recruitment efforts, and serving as a liaison for the apprenticeship program. This position offers a unique opportunity to positively impact staff well-being and organizational success. Establish rapport with employees of The Arc Ontario and develop a process to identify problems and determine appropriate ways to help and support employees.
Partner with Agency Leadership to identify at-risk employees who are in distress or conflict.
Work to connect employees to resources within the region to address issues related to: child or family care, transportation, housing, education, literacy, financial literacy, and overall health and wellness, etc.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Human Resources or related field and a minimum of three years of experience in human resources, social work, or related field required. A combination of education and experience will be accepted.
Must have and maintain a valid drivers' license with a good driving record.
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) with employees and stakeholders at all levels and excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
