Servers -
Some restaurant experience in fine dining is a huge plus. Must have familiarity with wine, beer, and cocktails. Night and weekend availability is required. Guaranteed weekly income.
Food Runners -
Some restaurant experience required. Must understand restaurant etiquette, and be able to clearly describe entrees to guests upon presentation. Basic understanding of food preparation techniques, and common food allergies preferred. Must be available nights and weekends.
Server Assistants -
Some restaurant experience required. Candidates should posses a general understanding of steps of table service, table markings, restaurant terminology and pace of service. Must be available nights and weekends.
Buspersons -
Some restaurant experience required. Candidates should posses a general understanding of steps of table service, table markings and pace of service. Must be available nights and weekends.
A strong work ethic is essential. Qualified candidates will be able to get up to speed quickly and adapt to a busy environment.
