Jeffersonville Bake Shop in Jeffersonville, NY looking for a full-time and part-time baker with commercial baking experience to join our baking team. Candidates must be available to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday mornings starting at 5:30am. (Home bakers will not be considered).We bake our own bread in-house, our pies, cakes, pastries, and cookies from scratch and we are expanding our business. We are looking for a happy, friendly, hard-working, reliable team player, someone energized and passionate about commercial baking. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and will show up to work when scheduled.Responsibilities: Weigh and measure ingredients Mix and blend batters Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products. Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods Prepare and maintain inventory Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment Qualifications: Must have professional baking experience or schooling.
