Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to join a dynamic new team? The Freehold House, a Casual American Restaurant & Bar, is hiring Front of House positions as we prepare to open our doors in Freehold, NY.
We’re currently looking for talented, enthusiastic individuals to fill the following roles:
- Servers
- Bartender
- Busser/Runner
- Host
About the Role:
At The Freehold House, we pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming environment for our guests. As part of our Front of House team, you'll be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Servers: Deliver exceptional service to guests by taking orders, answering menu questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish.
Bartenders: Prepare and serve drinks to guests, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and assist with guest orders.
Bussers/Runners: Assist with clearing tables, delivering food to guests, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Hosts: Greet guests as they enter the restaurant, manage reservations, and ensure smooth seating arrangements during peak hours.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in an upscale casual restaurant or similar environment is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and a keen attention to detail.
Attitude: Positive, enthusiastic, and a team player who thrives in a guest-centric, high-energy atmosphere.
Availability: Must have weekend availability and be ready to start immediately.
