Just over two hours from NYC, our 168 wooded acres offer stunning views of the Catskills and an enchanting environment to relax, explore, and recharge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to every guest, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, setting, and organization of the front desk area.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with grace and professionalism.
- Attend regular training sessions and staff meetings to continuously improve service standards.
- Collaborate closely with all team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a high-end dining establishment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of reservations systems (Resy, OpenTable, etc.) and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
