Piaule is an upstate retreat located in Catskill NY. Guests can stay in one of our 24 private luxury cabins and bask in the landscape of all four seasons. Piaule offers continental and a la carte breakfast, a la carte lunch and a pre-fix dinner that boasts the local bounty of the region.
Piaule is looking for multiple line cook positions.
-Breakfast & Lunch Cook - Part Time Sundays -Tuesdays 24-28 hours
-Dinner Line Cooks - Full Time 40hr 4 Day Work Week (4 10 hr shifts + 3 days off)
The restaurant at Piaule is a great place to grow and learn as well as contributing ideas and techniques. We are a low volume yet high quality kitchen with dinner service running at $135/per person with a Pre Fix menu.
