Seven X Motors is seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team. We will rely on you to perform maintenance and repair services, from diagnosing the problem quickly to fixing the car effectively. As an automotive mechanic, you must be adept at handling tools, in order to repair cars, trucks and other vehicles according to manufacturer recommendations. It’s important to have a high level of mechanical aptitude for servicing vehicles with precision and accuracy. Your work will include routine inspections, which provide information about problems that may occur with vehicles in the future.
Responsibilities and Requirements :
-Must have at least 2 years experience in a automotive shop.
-Must have references
-Diagnose mechanical problems by using computers and diagnostic tools.
-Maintain and repair automobile, light truck and SUV engines, transmissions, differentials and drive trains.
-Must have your own basic automotive tools be able to perform routine daily jobs.
-Perform overhauls, like cleaning and repair or replacing of shock absorbers, fuel filters, brakes and thermostats, etc.
-Inspect vehicles for road worthiness and safety (e.g. check for damaged tires, lights, hoses etc.).
-Lubricate moving engine parts (e.g. pistons, crankshafts).
-Repair and replace damaged parts of the engine and transmission system.
-Test drive the car after repairs to check for proper function.
