We are seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to join our team for the upcoming farming season. Positions are available immediately.
Job Title: Farm Worker
Location: Trout Town Farms
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Seasonal
Pay: Hourly wage , based on experience
Responsibilities include:
Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
Operating farm machinery and equipment
Feeding and caring for livestock
Cleaning and maintaining work areas
Following safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Prior farm experience is a plus but not required
Dependability and teamwork skills
