Help Wanted: Handyman/Groundskeeper
Location: Roscoe Management Company
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: Based on experience
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman/Groundskeeper to maintain and care for the buildings and grounds of our properties .This role involves a combination of general maintenance, landscaping, and repair work to ensure everything remains in top condition.
Responsibilities include:
Routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting.
Lawn care, trimming, and landscaping
Seasonal property upkeep (snow removal, leaf raking, etc.)
Trash removal and basic cleaning
Inspection of property for safety and maintenance issues
Coordination with vendors when necessary
Requirements:
Proven experience in maintenance or handyman work
Working knowledge of tools, lawn care equipment, and small machinery
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform outdoor tasks
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
