Part-time (30 hours) office help wanted for small Law Office in uptown Kingston.
Looking for a responsible, friendly, outgoing office assistant
Tasks include:
-answering phones & customer service
-scheduling & confirming appointments
-good computer skills
-manage e-mail correspondence
-scanning & making copies
-mailings
-manage client files and payments
-assisting and prepping the attorney with client cases, and paperwork
Legal experience a plus but not necessary. Experience with best case bankruptcy filing is ideal.
