Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled, cross-trained technician to handle plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems with precision and professionalism. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, solving complex issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems.
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues across multiple trades.
Work independently and collaboratively with the team to deliver efficient solutions.
Maintain clean, organized workspaces and vehicles.
Uphold company standards of professionalism and customer service at every job site.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in plumbing, HVAC, or related trades. Cross-training across these disciplines is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Attention to detail and commitment to doing work right the first time.
Clean-cut, professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow and learn.

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/plumbing.
Ability to lift and maneuver equipment safely.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
