As the Restaurant Room Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of your assigned restaurant ensuring every detail from service to presentation reflects our commitment to quality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction. You’ll lead, train, and mentor staff, manage budgets and labor costs, and maintain the highest standards of service that align with Seneca Gaming Corporation’s brand of excellence.
What You’ll Do:
Direct, manage, and inspire restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
Maintain and elevate upscale service standards across all aspects of the restaurant.
Oversee budgets, control costs, and drive profitability while maintaining quality.
Handle guest relations, resolve service issues with professionalism, and build loyal relationships.
Ensure staff training, scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations are completed on time.
Collaborate with F&B leadership to introduce creative seasonal menu offerings and promotions.
Uphold company policies, safety, and service standards in all daily operations.
What We’re Looking For:
6+ years of experience in Food & Beverage, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant.
1+ year as a General Manager or Restaurant Manager preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze reports, and drive team performance.
Working knowledge of restaurant systems, Microsoft Office, and POS technology.
