Experienced , hard working person needed to care for all aspects of a large well kept residential property and home in Bemus Point.
Winter work involves shoveling snow , painting , cleaning , minor repairs .
Spring , summer & fall involves mowing , trimming , flower bed work , pruning , painting , cleaning , window washing , leaf raking and removal & more .
Must have experience and knowledge of operating and maintaining lawn equipment .
Knowledge and love of gardening a plus!
5 days a week Mon - Fri 8:30-4:30 or later depending on projects .
Winter hours may fluctuate
This is drug free drug testing employer .
No smoking on property
References required .
