Bookkeeping & payroll in Quickbooks
Scheduling
Keep organized files/receipts/records
Run cash register, Square card reader
Order supplies
Advertise/Network for company
Maintain websites
Maintain machines/equipment
Customer service
Graphic Design
Pre-press set up
Vinyl Design/Application/Installation
Large Format Scanning/Copying/Printing
Giclée Fine Art Reproduction
Image Restoration/Manipulation
Finishing work (cut, bind, laminate, mount, etc.)
Supervise part-time employee
Required Experience/Skills:
Graphic Design (or similar) Degree or at least 5 years experience
Proficient using the Adobe Design Suit (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Minimum of 5 years customer service/retail experience
Preferred experience in a managerial position
Keen eye for detail and color matching
Creative, innovative, ambitious, energetic, problem-solver
Confident working with tight deadlines
Print shop or similar working experience preferred
Capable of precision cuts, mounts and finishing work
Vinyl experience a plus, will train
Able to use a tape measure/ruler
