Responsibilities:
- Locate and recover assets, including vehicles, equipment, or other valuable items, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine the location of the assets and gather relevant information.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, repossession order issuers, and legal entities to ensure compliance and legality in all repossession activities.
- Utilize cutting-edge technology, databases, and skip tracing techniques to locate and track assets.
- Safely and securely repossess assets, adhering to all safety guidelines and maintaining professionalism throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activities, including updates on asset location, recovery attempts, and any relevant information.
- Effectively communicate with clients, lienholders, and team members to provide status updates and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices related to repossession recovery.
Requirements:
- Towing experience.
- Proven experience as a Repossession Recovery Agent or in a similar role.
- Proficient knowledge of repossession laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and law enforcement agencies.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain composure during challenging encounters.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that may require physical exertion.
