Were seeking a VP of Enterprise Architecture in our Global Infrastructure Organization. This is a pivotal strategic technology leadership role. In this role you will proactively and holistically lead and support activities that guide the development and management of technical and infrastructure solutions. These solutions enable the organizations future-state business capabilities and drive the organizations targeted business outcomes. Technologies include data center, network, infrastructure, cloud, mobile, AI, blockchain, and edge computing.The Vice President will provide leadership, facilitation, analysis and design tasks required for the development of our enterprises technical and infrastructure architecture.Work Modes- We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.Responsibilities:
Develop strategic roadmaps or blueprints to design and build cost-effective, robust, and infrastructural technical solutions.
Define high-level migration plans to address the gaps between the future and current state, typically in sync with the IT budgeting or other capital planning processes.
Continuous review of current environment to detect deficiencies, recommend, plan and implement solutions for improvement.
Provide recommendations and implement ways to modernize technology to meet business demands in a cost-effective manner.
Ensure disaster preparedness; secure backup and recovery methods to protect against system disruptions.
Guide technology investment decisions based on analysis and evaluation to drive targeted business outcomes while ensuring nonfunctional requirements are met.
Facilitate, communicate, collaborate and persuade others in defining, adopting and implementing a coherent technical architecture.
Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.
Interact with specialists and get their contribution to integrations, securing the application and migration of application as well as data to cloud.
Drive innovation and improve resiliency and performance of the applications in scope.
Assist with designing the governance, assurance and standards activities associated with ensuring enterprise technology architecture compliance of projects and products.
Help define metrics to measure and demonstrate enterprise technology value.
Work closely with the software engineering, product and infrastructure teams to enable infrastructure agility, scalability and resilience to support required product needs throughout product life cycles.
Provide ongoing advice to projects around technical solutions, best practices, and efficiencies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or information technology, or equivalent experience.
Minimum five years of design and implementation experience in IT, with knowledge in infrastructure and network design, middleware, servers and storage, database management and operations, clustering technologies, virtualization, cloud technologies and Active Directory and protocols.
Strong architectural and technical design skills with a deep understanding of network and security architecture.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead teams and engage with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
Understanding of financial models and budgeting.
Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a complex IT environment.
Effective client engagement to determine project objectives and requirements.
Ability to work well under pressure while solving complex problems.
