We are looking for experienced property preservation contractors in Elmira NY and Bradford PA & surrounding areas.
Work includes:
Lawn care & debris removal
Lock changes & securing
Winterization
Trash outs
Minor repairs (roof, drywall, plumbing, etc.)
Photo documentation required for all jobs
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and insurance
Own tools, smartphone, and transportation
Experience with preservation work
Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions
Must have HUD Locksets and keys
Well knowledge in PPW and Photos submission as per the instruction
Must have a lawn mower and all required equipment’s.
