We act as their marketing arm and their secret weapon to stay ahead of their competition. You will be working to close six-month and 12-month contract with small and medium size businesses in your area and you will earn plump commission checks for every deal closed and renewals. Overview & Job Description
As stated, this is a commission-based position and we are looking for recent college grads who have charisma (rizz) and the ability to effectively communicate a company’s marketing needs and how our marketing communications (marcom) solutions meet those needs. You will possess both the drive and the time to dedicate on building your book of business and servicing our clients’ care requirements. If you do not have the ability, time, drive or aspiration to build a book of business through presentation calls, prospecting and troubleshooting client issues, please do not apply. Our services include, but are not limited to the following depending on their service line agreement (SLA):

30/60/90-day targeted campaign planning and management
30/60/90-day social media planning and management
General marcom consultation
Even small businesses need some of these services. They just might not know it. It’s your job to communicate 1. the need and 2. the value.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with Echo It businessowner and work independently to identify ideal target clients who fit the profile mentioned above within the boundary of your reginal market. This will include screening prospects and deciphering which are worth pursuing and which are not. Determine the prospects’ needs, budgets, and desire for a long-term partnership
Foster relationships with key decision-makers of those organizations, both for-profit and non-profit in order to generate rapport for marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and ultimately sales qualified leads (SQLs)
Collaborate with Echo It businessowner on pitch decks for various industries and organizational sizes. Customize as needed for individual presentations.
Manage sales process and contract renewals
Act as the liaison between your client account and Echo It; should questions, concerns, problems arise (and they will), it will be your job to professionally resolve them in order to maintain customer satisfaction with our services
Stay abreast of latest business communication needs and trends, as to ensure we are continuing to meet those needs.
What’s in it for you? Total transparency.
Echo It, LLC offers three central tiers for businesses in need of communication partners:
Tier 1: $3,500 / mo for 6 months.
Tier 2: $6,000 / mo for 6 months.
Tier 3: $10,000 / mo for 12 months (generally, enterprise level).
We also offer a la carte services on a monthly as add-ons.
As such, you would be compensated as follows:
Tier 1: $1,680 for every signed contract, including renewals
Tier 2: $4,320 for every signed contract, including renewals
Tier 3: $18,000 for every signed contract, including renewals
A la carte: 5% of the agreed upon price for that month.
(Your total combined monthly compensation payouts should add up to a sizable income stream.)
Requirements
You have a hustler mentality. You have the confidence, the time, and the drive to pursue small and medium size organizations that lacks a dedicated marketing team.
4-year college degree, preferably in Business Administration, Business Management, International Business, Marketing Management, Communication Strategies, or Pre-Law. You will be required to develop professional sales pitches, including sales decks and it is important to deal with business owners and decision-makers in a professional manner as a representative of Echo It, LLC.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills with the talent to influence. This is not only important when closing deals, but is also important in the client care responsibilities.
Flexibility in your schedule. This isn’t a typical 9-5, which is a good thing. However, there will be times you will be asked to join meetings, both regularly with management and client calls. Otherwise, all prospecting and client interfacing can be done at your convenience.
