The Property Manager is responsible for all property management in its Northern Service Area/Cayuga Office portfolio. The Property Manager is responsible for working with the Senior Property Manager regarding handling all property management for several sites including tenant relations, tenant move ins/outs, income certification, collecting rents and security deposits, collections, overseeing property upkeep, and other administrative duties. This position will be managing our properties in Seneca Falls but will also need to commute to our main office in Ithaca.
Salary range: $40,000-$48,000
