This position is primarily responsible for the breakfast bar located in the main lobby of the Best Western PLUS. Responsible for providing high quality services for guests at the hotel ensuring the breakfast bar is well stocked and maintained during the breakfast hours.
Responsible for recommending improvements to ensure efficient departmental operations are in place to support service excellence. Works collaboratively with all employees, suppliers and customers of Best Western Plus. At all times, provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintains and fills breakfast items as needed.Keep Breakfast area clean and garbage dumped.
Breaks down breakfast and restocks as needed.
Does all dishes and clean kitchen for following day.
Reports to Front Desk any breakfast items that will be needed before order arrives.
Puts food order away weekly.
Cleans all public areas (pool, exercise room, lobby, stairwells, hallways, etc.)
Job Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule necessary to support a 24x7 hospitality industry
