Seeking to hire a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to maintain the appeal and cleanliness of our 1 BR Geneva/Benton-area short-term vacation rental apt on an ongoing basis.
Reliable transportation and a demonstrated ability to work independently is required. Must have sufficient schedule flexility to be able to clean when cleaning is needed, including for days when guests leave in the morning with new guests expected that same afternoon. Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning a plus. We expect on average 50 guest visits per year and have found that it takes about 2 hours to work through the our cleaning checklist. Perfect for someone seeking a few hours/week of work for supplemental income.
