We’re looking for a Manufacturing Team Member / Mill Worker to join our passionate and creative team in Farmington, New York. This role will work at various stations within the production line in our mill and finishing departments, which provides a great opportunity to learn and grow within a manufacturing setting.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, with a passion for craft & woodworking, that will play an active role in the manufacturing of wood flooring, paneling, siding, and other custom wood products using reclaimed and sustainable wood.

Required Experience:
Basic math skills.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to take direction in a fast-paced team setting.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally working with wood.
Forklift experience a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $16 - $20/hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s; qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.

Overview –
