Director and Board Members Wanted for Environmental Education Nonprofit
Finger Lakes Learning, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is dedicated to educating and engaging the public on matters of water health and quality. We work with schools, community groups, and individuals to foster public understanding of our natural waters. Our programs connect classrooms to the community, offering hands-on experiences in water quality testing and aquatic ecosystem evaluation. All data we collect is publicly accessible via our webpage and submitted to relevant government agencies.
We are seeking a passionate director to manage our operations, maintain the website, and engage with youth and volunteer groups for environmental projects. The position offers the opportunity to write your own salary through grants. Board members are also needed.
