Administrative Assistant II Full Time Temporary Assignment covering for maternity leave beginning April 22 or April 29, 2019 thru August, 2019.
Duties: front desk duties, conducting financial intakes, checking insurance, typing form letters, entering data into pre-set Excel forms. Must be a multi-tasker
Requirements: Word & Excel (accurate and fast) Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 4:30pm, one evening per week required: 12pm - 7:30pm
Pay: $16.00/hr.
