Rental Sales Associate

AllStorage is a locally owned and operated business in our community for close to 32 years. Our goal is to provide the Best and Most Professional Customer Service to our customers. We have 5 convenient Facility Locations in the greater Auburn/Elbridge area. Each of our storage facilities provide the areas' only fully fenced and secured storage, video, keypad access, and climate controlled availability. We offer varying storage unit sizes along with a full line of packing supplies.
AllStorage Rental Sales Associate:
AllStorage is presently looking for an energetic, outgoing, applicant with great people skills to join our AllStorage family. The Rental Associates candidate will work in our Customer Service Center which services five AllStorage facilities locally. Applicants should enjoy dealing with customers one on one, in an office setting, over the phone and through email and texting. Computer skills are necessary. Prior sales experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and to assist customers with knowledge by directing them to correct storage sizes and facility location, products, and any services in the area that may be of help.
Record all incoming potential and confirmed sales in the Record of Inquiry and keep updated.
Bring attention to and discuss all promotions and specials with the customers.
Maintain excellent appearance of Customer Service Center and the front desk area.
Keeping accurate notes and updated information in accounts.
Opening and Closing out accounts
Take payments
Collection Calling
Filing and Typing
Showing facility and storage size options, parking, and or climate controlled storage.
Be a team player and add insight and suggestions as well as being open to receiving training, coaching and mentoring advice.
Qualifications:
Must have experience in office setting
Must have experience in sales and customer service
Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple incoming calls and walk-ins
Must have transportation to get to work
Must have a positive, friendly attitude
Must be able to type 40 wpm
