We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers towards achieving their goals with our innovative products. We use a consultive selling approach to delight our customers with exactly what they need, while building relationships for future sales. We believe in zero-pressure sales interactions. What you'll do:
Become a product expert:Immerse yourself in understanding our diverse product range to address customers' needs and challenges effectively
Match needs to solutions:Tailor our product offerings to meet each customer's unique requirements, ensuring a perfect fit.
Collaborate with Technical Staff: With our more complicated systems, you will work closely with our technical staff to offer a solution.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Much of our equipment is sold to the chemical industry so a basic understanding of material compatibility, the problems that overfilled tanks can cause, etc. is an advantage. Also, an understanding of basic electricity since a good deal of our equipment is used to control pumps.
