The contractor, who owns numerous properties in the Finger Lakes area, has an immediate need for 2 experienced Metal Roof Installers. The type of metal roof is still to be determined, so experience with multiple-style metal roofs is preferred.
Carpentry ability(Kitchen remodels, flooring, jacking), deck installations, Aluminum Trim installation (Fascia, Doors, and Windows), Vinyl Siding installation and repairs, and Door installation are all major pluses.
I buy all the materials, supplies, ladders, and rentals, and cover all the insurance.
You supply your tools, transportation, and labor.
40.00 per/ hr., plus gas paid if you live outside of Auburn.
Specific job scopes will require verifiable work experience and references are mandatory.
Work can be performed Part-Time after your present job and on the weekends.
This job can supplement your current job, especially around the Holidays, and could eventually become a Full-Time position at a better pay rate.
