Looking for a Part time Maintenace technician to help with apartment maintenance. Looking for someone 15-20 hours a week that is looking to make some extra money. Hours can be flexible as needed to suite your schedule within reason. Looking for applicants who have experience in one or more of the following areas, Plumbing, Electrical. Carpentry, HVAC, Masonry or asphalt.
